A 4-session online live mindfulness-based course to develop practical skills to better manage stress and anxiety.

This is a group-based, teacher led online training in basic mindfulness techniques aimed at helping participants better manage difficult emotions and thoughts and to help find peace and calm in the current storm.
Each of the 4 90m sessions will introduce simple techniques to develop emotional stability and resilience. The virtual group size will be small enough for individual mentoring in this learning process.
