Foundations of Mindfulness: A 5-day Silent & Qi Gong Retreat

Treat yourself to a 5-day of nourishment and re-connection. Slow down in our beautiful center and gardens. This retreats aims to re-introduce you to Mindfulness & Chi Kung as a means of developing self-awareness, increasing energy levels and grounding ourselves within the busyness of life. The movement sessions will be interspersed with guided mindfulness meditations to come back to stillness and back to the breath. This retreat is suitable whether you have a regular movement or meditation practice in place, have attended at least a weekend retreat and are keen to try something “new”.
